A targeted, results‑driven facial designed to restore clarity, brightness, and balance to your skin. This service begins with a skin analysis and a quick conversation about your goals and current routine so we can create a plan that supports real, visible change. Your facial includes a double cleanse, physical and enzyme exfoliation to smooth texture and boost radiance, plus extractions as needed to clear congestion. A relaxing face, neck, and shoulder massage encourages circulation and lymphatic flow for a lifted, refreshed appearance. We finish with customized products to hydrate, protect, and enhance your glow. Expect skin that feels cleaner, brighter, smoother, and more balanced, with results that continue to improve over the next several days. *An extended version of the Custom Holistic Facial, for the clients who are in need of deeper relaxation.
Cancellation Policy
Rebooking, Late Arrival & Cancellation Policy: Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To maintain a calm, intentional experience for every client, the following policies are in place: Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the service scheduled, and your deposit will be forfeited. This allows me to offer the appointment to another client on the waitlist. No‑Shows: Clients who do not arrive for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service amount. Late Arrivals: A 15‑minute grace period is offered. If you arrive after 15 minutes: Your service may need to be shortened to avoid delaying the next client. The full service fee still applies. If the appointment cannot be completed, it will be treated as a late cancellation and charged at 50% Deposits: All deposits are non‑refundable and non‑transferable. If you cancel within 24 hours or arrive more than 15 minutes late, your deposit will be forfeited.
